Individual restaurants and attractions operate their own opening hours, so visitors should check directly with the venue they plan to visit before travelling.
Tower Park is a large leisure and entertainment complex located around three miles north-east of Poole town centre. Rather than being one attraction, it brings together a collection of activities, restaurants and leisure businesses, making it possible to plan anything from a couple of hours out to a full family day or evening.
The current line-up includes a cinema, waterpark, soft-play centre, bowling, bingo, gym, restaurants, cafés and fast-food outlets. Tower Park is owned by Landsec and managed by Workman LLP.
Splashdown Poole is one of Tower Park’s biggest family attractions and features 13 indoor and outdoor flume rides. The outside slides and Screamer Tower are currently operating for the summer season.
The attraction ranges from high-speed slides for more confident visitors to splash areas for younger children. Tickets should be booked separately through Splashdown, particularly during weekends and school holidays.

For younger children, Lemur Landings is Tower Park’s large indoor soft-play and activity centre.
Children can explore multi-level play frames, climbing areas and an interactive role-play village, making it a particularly useful option for rainy days and younger families.
Advance booking is required for Lemur Landings, with sessions operating throughout the year apart from Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Tower Park is now home to Vue Poole, which replaced the former Cineworld cinema.
The cinema has 14 screens and offers 2D and 3D films, laser projection and Dolby Surround Sound. Selected screenings also offer premium Luxe-style seating, while Vue's programme includes major releases, family films and big-screen broadcasts of concerts, theatre, sport and other events.
This is an important update for any older Tower Park guides or photos: the cinema should now be referred to as Vue, not Cineworld.
Hollywood Bowl Poole provides ten-pin bowling at Tower Park, with 24 bowling lanes, a VIP area, American-style diner, bar and amusement arcade.
It works well as either a standalone activity or as part of a longer visit combining bowling with dinner or the cinema.
Tower Park is also home to Buzz Bingo, while PureGym provides a fitness option for regular visitors. Admiral Casino is another current leisure operator at the complex.
This mix means Tower Park is not aimed exclusively at families with young children; there are also options for couples, groups of friends and adults visiting in the evening.
One of Tower Park's strongest features is the range of food and drink available in the same complex as its attractions.

Wagamama is one of the newer additions, while Turcuisine offers Mediterranean and Turkish-inspired dishes including grilled skewers.
For something lighter, Awaken Café serves coffees and homemade cakes, while The Sweet Spot specialises in pick and mix, American sweets, Purbeck ice cream and milkshakes.
Tower Park works particularly well when several activities are combined into one visit.
Families could start with a session at Splashdown or Lemur Landings, stop for lunch and then finish the day with bowling or a family film at Vue. Tower Park itself actively promotes this mix of attractions and dining as one of the main advantages of the complex.
Because each attraction operates independently, tickets need to be booked separately.
Parking at Tower Park is free, with CCTV operating around the car park 24 hours a day.
Motorcycles can also park free in standard car spaces, and cycle racks are provided within the complex.
During busy periods such as school holidays and weekend evenings, visitors should allow extra time to find a space before a timed attraction booking.
Tower Park now has a dedicated EV charging hub near PizzaExpress.
There are currently eight AC charging bays offering charging at up to 22kW, designed primarily for visitors spending three hours or more at the complex. Payment can be made by contactless card or through the ChargePoint app.
Tower Park has also announced that ultra-rapid EV charging is due to be introduced.
Tower Park is located on Yarrow Road, BH12 4NY, approximately three miles north-east of central Poole.
Drivers can follow the A3049 towards the complex, with brown tourist signs directing visitors to Tower Park once approaching the area.
Poole is the nearest main railway station, with onward bus connections available from Poole Bus Station.

These are the hours for the wider leisure complex rather than every individual business. Restaurants, attractions, the cinema and other venues have their own timetables and may open later or close earlier.
Visitors should therefore check individual opening times and book attractions directly where required.
Tower Park is free to enter, with visitors paying individually for whichever attractions, cinema screenings or activities they choose.
Its biggest advantage is the concentration of entertainment in one place. With Splashdown, Lemur Landings, Vue, Hollywood Bowl and a large selection of restaurants within walking distance of one another, it is particularly useful when the weather is poor or when a group wants several different things to do without travelling around Poole.
