Long before we reached the first sculpture, we found ourselves stopping to admire the reflections on the lakes, listening to birdsong and wondering why we'd never discovered this place sooner.
If you're imagining rows of sculptures in a formal garden, think again.
Every artwork feels like it's exactly where it belongs, carefully positioned among lakes, wildflowers, mature trees and beautifully designed planting. Rather than competing with the landscape, the sculptures seem to become part of it, encouraging you to look a little closer with every step.

What surprised us most wasn't the artwork, it was the atmosphere.

After exploring the sculpture park, it's worth spending time in The Makers Yard, browsing the gallery, discovering beautifully crafted gifts or enjoying fresh, locally inspired food. The whole experience feels thoughtfully curated, making it easy to lose track of time in the best possible way.
