The Magic of Thailand Festival is expected to return to Poole's Harbourside (Baiter) Park in May 2027, bringing a weekend celebrating Thai food, culture and entertainment to Dorset's coastline.
Previously known as the Poole Thai Festival, the travelling event recreates the atmosphere of a traditional Thai celebration, introducing visitors to the country's cuisine, customs, music and performances.
Visitors can spend the day sampling freshly prepared Thai dishes, watching traditional dance performances, experiencing Muay Thai boxing demonstrations and browsing colourful market stalls selling crafts, clothing and imported produce.
Whether you're discovering Thai culture for the first time or returning for your favourite dishes, the festival offers a colourful and welcoming experience for all ages.
The exact 2027 dates and programme are awaiting confirmation from the organisers.
Based on previous festivals, visitors can look forward to a varied programme of traditional entertainment, food and cultural activities.
One of the festival's main attractions is its selection of authentic Thai street food, with freshly prepared dishes inspired by different regions of Thailand.
Visitors can explore food stalls serving traditional Thai cuisine, with opportunities to try familiar favourites and discover something new.
